Refund policy

Each piece of White Petal Store is handmade in my studio. If you aren’t happy with your purchase please contact me immediately (this must be done within 14 days of receiving your jewelry).

I will accept items that haven’t been worn or damaged. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that for hygiene reasons I cannot accept exchanges or returns for any earrings.

Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

We try to provide relevant size and shape information for all of our offerings. Please contact us if you have any questions. For rings, we suggest you have your size determined by a professional. You can pop into any jewelry store and ask to be sized. Although we are happy to resize rings for a fee, we recommend purchasing the correct size.

Although all jewelry is crafted for durability and longevity, occasionally repairs are necessary. We are happy to provide repairs for free within 90 days of receipt, and for a fee thereafter. Please contact us if you are in need of a repair to discuss options.
